| Fixture Planning | On Wednesday January 17th at 7:30pm a special fixtures meeting will be held which is to formulate a fixture plan for the year ahead. Venue: St Mary's Ardee The following information will be required: We need to know how many teams are entering the leagues at all levels from u12 up to adult. In relation to underage we need to decide what way the groups are to be structured (ie) How many groups,do we organise the groupings according to the strength of each team/do we look back on results to decide where teams should be placed etc. We have to know who is joining up as an amalgamation,and decide on what division each team goes into. Dates for competitions have also to be decided on. So as you can see a lot of work has to be done between now and then. Therefore all clubs are asked to have their suggestions/proposals with me if at all possible before 7pm on this coming Friday so as the fixtures committee can review them in advance of Wednesday's meeting.
